I’ve sold the homes, and I’ve run the brokerages behind them.

I’m Ryan Harju, an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Integrity First Realty in Gilbert. I help people buy and sell homes across the East Valley, and I take referrals from agents anywhere who have a client headed this way.

I started out selling, and I’ve closed more than five hundred transactions across Arizona, from first homes to investor portfolios. Along the way I bought a brokerage and ran it as Designated Broker, which means I’ve read the contracts that went sideways, carried the trust account, and sat in the disputes. That’s the part of the job most agents never see, and it’s why I can usually tell you what a decision will actually cost before you make it.

What you get from me

• A straight answer on price and timing, even when it isn’t what you were hoping to hear.
• Me, the whole way. No hand-off to a team member you haven’t met.
• An honest read on fit. If someone else is the better agent for your situation, I’ll say so and make the introduction.
• No pressure. Most of these conversations happen a year before anyone lists. I’d rather be the call you make early.

How I read the market

Every number on this site comes from my own read of Cromford Report and ARMLS data, dated, and translated into plain English. I explain the method on one page so you can check my work.
