Greater Phoenix is home base, and I also work across Northern Arizona depending on the deal and timeline. If you’re unsure, book a call and we’ll get clear quickly.

Do you work with agents (referrals)?

Yes. I protect agent relationships. I’ll connect with you first, execute a referral fee agreement, then contact your client and keep you updated at key milestones.

Do you help with investing and 1031 exchanges?

I work with investors and coordinate around 1031 exchange timelines when applicable. Your qualified intermediary (QI) and tax advisor remain the source of truth for tax treatment and compliance.
