Messaging Terms

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Who is texting you

Text messages come from HARJU PLLC (Ryan Harju, Associate Broker with Keller Williams Integrity First Realty), 830 S Higley Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296. Messages originate from (602) 610-3172. Arizona broker license BR658901000.

2. The program

This is a customer care and conversational program for people who asked to hear from me about buying, selling, or owning a home in the East Valley. You will receive replies to your request, the value range or cost sheet you asked for, showing and appointment coordination, and follow up on your transaction. Real estate only.

3. How you opt in

You are added only when you tick the text consent box on a form at ryanharju.com and give your mobile number, or when you text this number first. The box is never pre‑ticked, it is never bundled with anything else, and it is always optional. You can submit any form on this site, and receive everything it offers, without ticking it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home, and not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary with the conversation you are having. Message and data rates may apply under your own plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to end texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. You can also just tell me in your own words and I will stop. Reply HELP for help, or reach customer care at ryan@ryanharju.com or (602) 610-3172.

6. Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the full Privacy Policy.

4b. SMS terms and conditions

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ryan@ryanharju.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://ryanharju.com/privacy-policy/
