But when agents feel stuck, they often hide behind “busy work”:

All of that matters — but none of it replaces one real, honest conversation with another human.

If you’re a solo agent or you feel like you’re carrying the whole business on your back, the simplest way to get unstuck is this:

Lower the bar. Raise the frequency.

One meaningful conversation a day. One person you text, call, DM, or follow up with on purpose.

Over time, those conversations compound into:
