Sitting in the office this morning with a cup of coffee, I was reminded of something simple that changes everything: when your business feels heavy, it’s almost always because you’re avoiding the conversations that create opportunity.

Prospecting isn’t punishment. It’s clarity. It’s momentum. It’s the one activity that moves your business forward faster than anything else — and it’s usually the first thing agents avoid when they feel overwhelmed.

Start today with one simple move: reach out to the person you’ve been meaning to call, text, or follow up with. Not the easiest person — the most important one. That single action will lighten your day more than any amount of email checking, busy work, or rearranging your to-do list.

You don’t need a perfect script. You don’t need the perfect CRM setup. You just need to start the conversation. Ask how they’re doing. Be curious. Listen more than you talk. Your business is built in those small, real moments.
