Intentional decisions heading into Thanksgiving.

The end of the year slows down — and that’s a gift if you use it well. Instead of drifting into the holidays on autopilot, take a few minutes to decide who you want to be on the other side of them.

What do you want to be true about your health, your relationships, and your business by January? Not in a vague way — specifically. How do you want to feel? What do you want your bank account to look like? Who do you want to be closer to?

Pick one or two intentional choices now — about food, movement, sleep, spending, or work — and give yourself the gift of starting 2026 with momentum instead of regret.

You don’t have to be perfect through the holidays. You just have to be intentional. A few clear decisions made now will do more for your future than a long list of resolutions made in January.

If you want help deciding which few moves would give you the biggest return heading into the new year, book a call with me here. We’ll build a simple, realistic plan you can actually follow.
