I’m Ryan Harju — Director of Operations & Finance for six Keller Williams Market Centers across Arizona, California, and Oregon, and an Arizona-licensed real estate broker. I spend my days inside real brokerages — in the numbers, in the systems, and in the real conversations that decide whether people grow or stall.
The theme is simple: clarity, discipline, and execution. Not hype. Not “guru” energy. Just standards, truth, and the work that actually moves the needle — in real estate and in life.

I lead operations and finance inside the Keller Williams ecosystem across multiple states — and I’m also active in Arizona real estate. That combination shapes how I operate: risk-aware, process-driven, and focused on clean execution.

My path in real estate has always been built by doing the work: production in the field, responsibility in the brokerage, and leadership in operations and finance.
- Built a foundation in production and closed 500+ homes over the years.
- Served as a Designated Broker and operated a brokerage — responsible for compliance, audits, systems, and people.
- Moved into Keller Williams leadership and grew into multi-market operations and finance oversight.
- Stayed active in Arizona real estate while building a disciplined, operator-level approach to execution.

- Stillness creates leverage. Slow down long enough to decide well.
- The obstacle is the way. The hard thing is usually the path.
- Real estate is a people game. Conversations, follow-up, empathy, and standards compound.
